Aitoma and Creatify both address AI-assisted creative production. Shortlist Aitoma when you want brand context connected to images, carousels, and edited videos with creative quality checks. Evaluate Creatify’s ad-creation workflow when your main job is producing and iterating video ads. Compare the exact scope and a finished export before choosing.
What this comparison establishes.
This guide is written by Aitoma. It compares our described workflow and visible creative examples with Creatify’s official documentation, checked on 20 October 2026. We have not run a controlled, same-brief production test against Creatify, so this page does not score output quality, declare a speed winner, or predict advertising performance.
The distinction is not simply a complete workflow versus a clip generator. Creatify describes an ad-creation agent and a separate managed Studio offering. Identify which service you are evaluating before comparing it with an Aitoma production scope.
Start with the inputs and the finished deliverables.
Aitoma
Aitoma connects brand and audience context with scripting, design, editing, and creative review. The finished examples library includes product videos, presenter-style creative, images, and carousels. You provide current business facts and approved references, then give final approval. An image, a five-slide carousel, and a video are different production jobs; specify each deliverable in the brief.
Creatify
Its Ad Agent documentation describes starting from a product URL, uploaded photos or videos, or saved assets. The agent develops ad concepts and scripts, generates video, and accepts revision requests in chat. You can request a concept or script before rendering. The same documentation says Ad Agent replaces the older Creative Agent.
For either workflow, supply the same current sources. A product-page link may establish the offer, but a real demonstration or software walkthrough may still require approved footage or screens. Use the brand reference pack to make that input consistent.
Define who handles production and review.
Aitoma’s workflow includes creative-agent checks before your final review, including editing problems such as overlapping elements, empty scenes, and poor transitions. Business approval still matters: your team verifies product facts, the offer, and whether the exported piece is suitable to use. These checks do not promise that every first version will be approved.
Creatify’s separate Studio service describes human-led creative strategy, AI production, quality review, and delivery through a dashboard with feedback and approval. That is a different scope from directing a self-service tool yourself. Ask which service and review responsibility a quotation includes.
For both providers, establish who corrects a failed check, how you submit changes, and what constitutes final approval. A checkbox named “review” is less useful than seeing a corrected export and knowing who checked it.
Test one precise revision, not just the first render.
Use a small trial that represents your real work. The following is an authored test brief for a fictional coffee product, not a completed Aitoma-versus-Creatify experiment. Replace the product and references with your own before running it.
Create a 15-second vertical product video from the supplied current pack photograph. Keep the product name and label exact. Use the approved line “Find your morning ritual.” End with the supplied product-guide destination. Use readable captions and preserve the message when muted.
Once the first export is available, make a controlled change:
Replace the closing line with “Explore the range.” Keep the approved pack, opening, scene order, audio level, and destination unchanged. Allow enough time to read the replacement. Identify the revised export separately.
- Compare the requested change in both versions. Did the new wording appear in the right place?
- Check the details you asked to preserve. Did the product, pronunciation, scene order, or destination change unexpectedly?
- Watch the entire revised export on a phone. Did the correction create a caption overlap, cut-off ending, gap, or distracting transition?
- Record the instructions, revision attempts, billable usage, and your own review time. An unresolved issue stays unresolved; do not count the asset as approved.
Creatify documents both conversational changes and timestamp-specific comments sent as an edit request. Try the documented controls on the same task rather than assuming how they behave. Use Aitoma’s creative review worksheet to keep the acceptance criteria identical for both trials.
Compare the cost of the accepted result.
Creatify’s pricing FAQ distinguishes manual changes to an exported project from work that reruns AI generation. It describes the former as free and unlimited, and the latter as credit-consuming. It also states that generation costs vary by model, feature, and output. Confirm the current plan and usage shown for your task.
For Aitoma, check the current offer and confirm the deliverables and revision scope relevant to your project. Do not assume a free brand playbook includes a finished video export.
Compare the same batch and period. Include cash spending, any additional generation or production charges, and the time your team spends briefing, reviewing, correcting, and coordinating. Divide by the pieces that actually met the agreed acceptance criteria. Keep unfinished pieces visible instead of excluding them from the decision.
The cost-per-approved-creative calculator makes those assumptions explicit. Track elapsed approval time separately with the production timing log. A lower subscription price alone does not establish a lower cost for your completed batch.
Choose around the work you need next.
- Need a connected set of organic and ad creatives? Examine Aitoma’s image, carousel, and edited-video examples. Trial the exact mix you need, including any adaptation work between formats.
- Want to direct and iterate video ads through chat? Evaluate Creatify’s documented Ad Agent workflow. Confirm plan access and run the revision exercise rather than relying on a feature label.
- Need managed production support? Include Creatify Studio in that conversation and compare it with the actual Aitoma scope offered to you. Ask who prepares, checks, corrects, and approves each export.
- Already have a working production process? Identify the specific bottleneck a switch would solve. Keep the current workflow as the baseline in a representative production pilot.
Choose the provider that meets your required scope with acceptable output and review effort. If Aitoma’s approach fits, start with your free brand playbook to clarify the audience, message, and next creative direction. The trial should establish production fit; campaign outcomes require separate measurement after publication.

Keep a record of the same-brief trial.
Use this free worksheet to compare two providers on one production job. It gives you 21 prompts and separate fields for each provider’s result and supporting file or source. Results start blank; no vendor is pre-scored.

- Record the exact plan and shared brief before testing. Use the same current references, deliverable and acceptance criteria.
- Check the first export, request one focused revision, then inspect the complete revised file. Record unresolved problems and the reviewer’s decision.
- Record hands-on minutes separately from elapsed approval time. Include extra generation charges and explain how you allocate subscription costs.
An accepted export needs a recorded decision and an identifiable final file. Blank cells mean untested, and a production trial does not establish advertising performance. The Excel version includes a decision dropdown; CSV preserves the fields without formatting or dropdowns.
