Make the trial match your actual need.

If you need an email and SEO operation as well as creative, put those deliverables into the evaluation. If the immediate problem is usable video, inspect a complete exported video before scoring the wider feature list. Breadth and execution quality are different questions.

Give both options the same product references, audience, message, format, and deadline. Choose a piece that requires real brand judgment: a product detail that must remain accurate, a named feature, or a pronunciation that needs checking. Do not compare a carefully prepared brief in one tool with a vague prompt in another.

Score the work you can actually approve.

  • Check the factual message and product details against the same sources.
  • Watch the complete export at phone size, with and without sound.
  • Record what you corrected yourself and what the provider corrected.
  • Count usable approved pieces, not merely generated attempts.
  • Confirm publishing scope, permissions, export access, and current commercial terms before committing.

Choose the workflow that handles your required scope with acceptable quality and review effort. This page does not award a winner or claim Aitoma is cheaper, faster, or more effective than Holo. The linked examples let you inspect Aitoma’s creative approach before running your own trial.

Worksheet added 22 October 2026.

Keep a record of the same-brief trial.

Use this free worksheet to compare two providers on one production job. It gives you 21 prompts and separate fields for each provider’s result and supporting file or source. Results start blank; no vendor is pre-scored.

  1. Record the exact plan and shared brief before testing. Use the same current references, deliverable and acceptance criteria.
  2. Check the first export, request one focused revision, then inspect the complete revised file. Record unresolved problems and the reviewer’s decision.
  3. Record hands-on minutes separately from elapsed approval time. Include extra generation charges and explain how you allocate subscription costs.

An accepted export needs a recorded decision and an identifiable final file. Blank cells mean untested, and a production trial does not establish advertising performance. The Excel version includes a decision dropdown; CSV preserves the fields without formatting or dropdowns.
