How Aitoma fits your team's content workflow.

Aitoma connects brand and audience research with recommendations for what to create, then produces social images, carousels, and edited videos for review. It is relevant when your team needs both a direction and finished creative, rather than a calendar of ideas that someone still has to make.

Start with your website and the free brand playbook. It provides an audience, message, and content starting point. Ongoing creative production depends on the paid plan you choose; the free playbook is not a promise of a completed video.

For the production detail, explore the social content workflow and ad creative workflow. If your only bottleneck is organizing work that your team already produces well, identify that specific gap before changing the production setup.

Inspect the work before choosing a recurring process.

The coffee carousel shows a three-slide sequence with consistent branding and varied compositions. The Woofing product-video breakdown lets you inspect a finished edit and its scene structure. Both are creative examples, not evidence of advertising performance or customer endorsements.

For a real client delivery, NAIARA's first month includes 19 videos, 11 carousels, 3 images, and 30 stories for the Spanish market. All 63 final pieces were approved. That describes final delivery approval; it does not establish first-pass acceptance or how much time every future customer will save.

Choose one representative piece from your own workload for a production pilot. Give it a named reviewer and an explicit acceptance standard. Check the full export, ask for one precise revision if needed, and record your briefing and review time. Use that completed job to decide the scope of a recurring queue.

The bottleneck is often an unfinished decision.

A small team can lose more time choosing what to make than assembling the asset. A brief that changes halfway through production creates another round of writing, design, and approval. Agree on one customer question, one message, and one destination before starting.

Assign one person to combine feedback. The person who knows the product can verify facts; the person responsible for the channel can check the placement. Those roles can belong to the same person, but the checks should still be explicit.

Use a queue with a clear next owner.

StageWhat makes it ready to move
BriefAudience, objective, evidence, format, and reviewer named.
ProductionCurrent assets and approved wording supplied.
Quality reviewExport checked for visual, text, timing, and audio defects.
Business approvalProduct, offer, and destination confirmed.
Scheduled or deliveredApproved file version recorded.

Limit simultaneous work to what your reviewer can actually assess. Ten unfinished drafts do not create ten usable posts. A short queue also makes it easier to identify whether a delay comes from production or missing information.

Give feedback once, with locations.

Combine comments into one change list with timestamps or slide numbers. Separate corrections from optional preferences. “Slide two: replace the old packaging with the approved reference” is an actionable blocker. “Maybe warmer” needs an example before it becomes a production instruction.

Aitoma includes creative preparation and quality checks in the workflow described on this site. Your team still supplies the business facts and gives final approval. This is particularly important for product claims, current offers, and access to publishing accounts.

Measure the work that remains.

Track your own briefing, reviewing, and coordination time alongside production time. Use the workload calculator to compare a proposed process with your current one. Start with a small representative batch and update the assumptions after completing it.

A founder’s time is not automatically zero because a tool generates the assets. The useful question is whether the process produces the right material with a manageable amount of direction and review.

Make your next move specific to your brand.
